All prices include statutory VAT.
Delivery time
Every piece is made individually for you and printed or embroidered. That results in a delivery time in two parts:
- Production: usually 2 to 5 working days
- Shipping within Germany: a further 2 to 4 working days, express correspondingly faster
- Shipping within the EU: a further 4 to 8 working days
- Shipping to the rest of the world: a further 7 to 20 working days
The total delivery time within Germany is therefore usually 4 to 9 working days. For payment in advance the period begins on the day after the payment order is issued, otherwise on the day after the contract is concluded.
Production and shipping route
Production and shipping take place within Europe through our manufacturing partner. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the goods leave the plant.
Delivery to third countries
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are borne by the recipient.
Partial deliveries
Orders containing several items may arrive in separate shipments if the items are produced differently. This does not incur any additional shipping costs for you.
