Terms of service

This is a translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the German one.

Terms and Conditions

1. Scope and provider

These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop aureaventus.com. The provider and contracting party is Lars Sinsel, Baakenallee 24, 20457 Hamburg, Germany, email contact@leitwert.digital.

Our offering is directed at both consumers and businesses. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt of the order by email without delay. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded as soon as we declare acceptance or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during the order process and can be viewed in the shipping policy. The payment methods offered at checkout are deemed agreed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide. Delivery times and shipping costs follow from our shipping policy. Since every piece is made to order, the delivery time consists of production time plus shipping time.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form can be found in our withdrawal policy.

7. Warranty

The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply. Deviations in the colour and position of the print within customary production tolerances do not constitute a defect. With garment dyed items, slight colour variations from piece to piece are part of the process and are expressly intended.

8. Copyright in the motifs

All artworks are protected by copyright. Purchasing an item does not entitle you to reproduce, edit or commercially exploit the motifs.

9. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their habitual residence. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
